Thank you for your willingness to serve as either a Table Host, or Sponsor. We have provided helpful information below.
Table Sponsors:
Thank you for your generosity in providing $500/table, so 8 new guests including (ideally) you or a table host who is able to attend. You make it possible for us to multiply our base of support, and extend the ministry worldwide.
At your request, we will be happy to post your name, or the name of your business (for tax-advantaged purposes), at your table. We also request permission to print each sponsor’s name in the ‘Thank You’ section of our program. If you would like to re-main anonymous please let us know along with your response using the contact information below.
Many who sponsor a table may decide to serve as a host as well. (This is our preference) However, it is not uncommon for someone to sponsor a table and then arrange a host for it. If you invite someone to serve as a host, and they agree, tell the person that being a table host means he/she is responsible for inviting eight or more guests to the fundraising dinner. They can also help by getting the word out, and sharing about the event on social media outlets.
Table Hosts:
Hosts are individuals, or couples, who invite others to join and sit with them at their table at the event. Because of our generous sponsors, our Hosts are able to attend this evening along with their guests at no cost.
Please prayerfully invite those you want to intend. We desire people that God will draw to partner with us financially, become equipped for life in ministry, and give generously.
We will provide all the materials needed (personalized invitations, postage, and computerized registration) as well as other information to help you host a successful evening.
